WHO IS REELY?
Hello, my name is Valerie. When I
first started this website, I picked that domain name as a joke. In my teens and early twenties, people were
constantly asking me if my hair was 'really red.' My hair was actually
strawberry blonde and I thought it was blonde myself. After saying 'no,
it's blonde,' something like 9,999 times, I capitulated and, in
exasperation, began to say 'yes, it's really red.'
As sometimes related on Reely's
Blog, I have been a poetry and music lover ever since I learned to talk,
even before I went to kindergarten, thanks in great part to my grandfathers,
Harry and David.
